I'm a senior HVAC tech in Indianapolis, and I run my own small service business. I built HvacOneSpot because I couldn't find software made for a shop my size.

The big names are built for outfits with a dispatcher, a sales team and a call center. They charge for every login and bury you in screens you'll never use. I wanted one spot for my customers, their equipment and my jobs, that I could pull up in the truck and that sends a clean bill before I leave the driveway.

So I built it, and I use it on my own jobs every week. If something doesn't make sense in the field, I fix it. If I need it, it's there. If I don't, it stays out of the way.

Is my data mine?: Yes. Download everything any time from Settings, in files you can open in Excel.
Is there a contract?: No. Cancel any time. After you cancel, we hold your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, and you can still download it. On day 31, it's deleted for good.
Does it work on a phone?: Yes. It was built with a phone in mind, and it works just as well on a tablet or a computer. I run my own shop from a tablet most days.
Can I bring my customer list?: Yes. Upload a CSV file and your customers come right in. Excel, Google Sheets and most invoice apps can save one (File, then Save As or Download, then CSV). Stuck? Email support@hvaconespot.com and I'll help you bring it over.
What if I need help?: Email support@hvaconespot.com. You'll get me, a working HVAC tech, not a call center.
